Shipping Information

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping via USPS. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

  • Return Policy: We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at info@consigliamo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work quickly to process orders. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately at consigliamo@consigliamo.com. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us (consigliamo@consigliamo.com) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund right away.
