Consigliamo was founded by attorney and thought leader Rebecca Sposita, whose work bridges legal strategy, trauma-informed response, and executive decision-making under pressure.
With her law degree and Harvard Business School education, Rebecca brings decades of hands-on experience from medical malpractice, sexual assault litigation, and organizational leadership.
She has spent years working closely with individuals harmed by abuse – including survivors of the Larry Nassar scandal – and is deeply committed to helping them seek accountability, dignity, and healing. As President of Sam Bernstein Law and the author of a nationally recognized book, Rebecca uses her experience not to theorize, but to advocate for meaningful change that benefits both the organization and the individual.
Her work focuses on what leaders actually need in real moments – not check-the-box compliance, but practical judgment that holds up when stakes are high.
